If you're reading this, you're probably tired of running your business over the phone — answering "are you free on Thursday?" calls one by one, double-booking by accident, and losing customers who forgot their appointment and never got a reminder. That's exactly what Slotwise is built to fix.
Slotwise is an online appointment-booking platform for service businesses. It gives you a booking page customers can use any time of day, a calendar that can't double-book, and automatic reminders that cut down on missed appointments. It's built by SKO TechLabs in Dhaka.
Slotwise works well for salons, barbers, doctors' chambers, dental clinics, fitness studios, consultants, spas, tutors, car service, and pet care businesses — basically anywhere a customer books a specific time with a specific person.
Finding your way around the console
Everything you do to run your business happens in the console, at https://www.slotwise.skotechlabs.com/app. Once you know the layout, most tasks are a click or two away.
The main sidebar has your everyday screens:
- Dashboard – your day at a glance
- Calendar – see and manage bookings visually
- Appointments – every booking, in list form
- Customers – everyone who has booked with you
Below that sit three grouped sections:
- Business – Services, Team, Opening hours, Locations, Booking page
- Sales & growth – Payments, Reviews, Coupons, Waitlist, Reports
- Settings – Business settings, Messages & reminders, Integrations, Team access, Plan & billing, Activity log
At the top of the sidebar there's a New appointment button — use it any time you need to book something on a customer's behalf, such as a phone booking or a walk-in.
The top bar has a search box for customers and bookings, a Today button that jumps the calendar back to today, your notifications, and your profile menu.
Tip Learn the top bar search early. Typing a customer's name or phone number there is usually faster than scrolling through the Customers list.
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll always see your booking page link, with Copy and Share buttons next to it — handy whenever someone asks for your booking link.
Tip Bookmark the console or add it to your phone's home screen. You'll likely check the Dashboard or Calendar every day.
Words that match your business
Slotwise doesn't force one vocabulary on every business. A salon sees "Staff" and "Client"; a clinic sees "Doctor" and "Patient" instead. This is set automatically from the industry template you choose during signup, and you can change any of these words later in Business settings, under Wording.
Tip If your team calls appointments something else — sessions, visits, consultations — rename it. It makes the console feel built for your business, not adapted to it.
About locked features
Depending on your plan, some sidebar items may show a small padlock icon. That just means the feature belongs to a higher plan — you can see it's there, but need to upgrade to use it.
