Share your booking page
Where to find your booking link and the easiest ways to put it in front of customers.
Find your link
Your booking page link is always visible at the bottom of the sidebar, in the console at https://www.slotwise.skotechlabs.com/app. Next to it you'll find two buttons: Copy, which puts the link on your clipboard, and Share, which opens your sharing options — the link itself, a downloadable QR code, and website button code.
Your booking page is live as soon as your business is created, so you can start sharing it right away.
The direct link
Your link follows the pattern slotwise.skotechlabs.com/your-address, using the address you chose during signup. This is the simplest way to send customers straight to booking, and it works anywhere you can post a link:
- As the button on your Facebook page
- In your Google Business Profile
- Sent over WhatsApp when a customer asks for an appointment
- In an SMS to regular customers who prefer texting to calling
Tip Keep the link saved as a quick reply on WhatsApp, so you can drop it into a chat in one tap whenever someone asks about booking.
A QR code for your counter or door
Share also gives you a downloadable QR code version of your booking link. Print it and put it somewhere customers naturally look while they're with you — the front counter, a table tent, a poster by the door, even a receipt. Anyone with a phone camera can scan it and land straight on your booking page.
Tip Put the QR code where people are waiting, not just where they're leaving — a reception counter gets scanned far more than one by the exit.
Adding a button to your own website
If you already have a website, Share also gives you website button code you can add to it, so visitors can book without leaving your site. This is just a quick overview — for the full walkthrough, including the floating button and embedded options, see Add booking to your website.
Putting your link on social media
Two places are worth setting up on day one:
- Facebook page button: edit your Page's call-to-action button (for example, "Book Now") and point it at your booking link, so it sits at the top of your Page for every visitor.
- Instagram bio: paste your booking link into the website field of your Instagram bio. Since Instagram doesn't allow working links in post captions, this bio link is the one place followers can tap straight through to book.
Tip Mention "link in bio to book" in your Instagram captions and Stories — it reminds followers where the link lives without you having to repost it.
What's next
Your booking page is only useful once real services and real availability are on it — if you haven't already, see Add and organise services and Add your team to set those up.
