Two ways to add booking to your site

Settings → Integrations gives you two ways to let customers book without leaving your own website: a floating Book now button that sits on every page, or an inline embed that places the full booking form on one page. If you only need the plain booking link, a QR code, or a ready-made website button, see Share your booking page in Getting started. This article goes further, into embedding the actual booking flow into your site.

Option 1: The floating Book now button

The floating button adds a small Book now button that stays fixed in the corner of every page on your site. Clicking it opens your booking page in an overlay, so customers can book without leaving the page they're reading. It doesn't touch your existing layout — you don't add a button anywhere yourself, the script handles it.

1. Go to https://www.slotwise.skotechlabs.com/app/integrations.
2. Open Website widget and choose the floating button option.
3. Copy the script code shown.
4. Paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag. If you use a website builder, look for a section named something like "custom code" or "embed code" and paste it there instead.
5. Save and publish your site. The Book now button should appear on every page automatically.

Tip Use the floating button if you don't want to touch your site's layout at all. It's the fastest option, and since you install it once, it works well across a site with many pages.

Option 2: The inline embed

The inline embed places the full booking form directly inside a page, rather than as a pop-up button. It's the right choice for a dedicated page — something like "Book Now" or "Appointments" — that exists purely to get customers booked.

1. Go to https://www.slotwise.skotechlabs.com/app/integrations.
2. Open Website widget and choose the inline embed option.
3. Copy the embed code shown.
4. Create or open the page on your site where you want booking to live.
5. Paste the code into that page's content or HTML block.
6. Save and publish. The booking form now displays directly on the page.

Tip Use the inline embed for a dedicated booking page — it feels like a natural part of your site rather than a pop-up, and it's easy to link to directly from ads, email, or social media.

Facebook and Instagram

Your booking page link — shown at the bottom of the sidebar with Copy and Share — works well on social media too, without needing any code:

• Facebook page: set your booking link as the button on your Facebook page (for example, a "Book Now" button), so visitors can book without leaving Facebook.
• Instagram bio: paste your booking link into your Instagram bio link so it's one tap away from every post.

Tip After publishing either widget, open your website in a private or incognito browser window to see exactly what a new visitor sees, including on a phone.

Tip If Website widget shows a padlock in your sidebar instead of opening normally, it isn't included in your current plan. Contact us to upgrade.
